Don't worry-- we're fine. Typhoon Fitow covered a lot of ground here on Japan's main island (Honshu), but Daiju and I got off work early Thursday night so we just got wet. In the middle of the night, the wind blew VERY hard (I'm so glad I pulled that shudder down over our screen door!). Daiju's mom called my phone this morning to check on us.
From what I can gather from the internet, so far two have died, two are still missing in a river, "dozens" injured, and at least 300 homes flooded. Pray for those affected by Fitow.

I'm glad to hear that you guys are OK.
I remember when I was little,we used to go out side and play during the Typhoon season.lol
We loved the wind and rain.
Maybe that's why I still loves thunder storm.lol
I'll be praying for those people whose homes are in flood and familys and friend who lost their love ones.
